The association is planning an Azalea Park clean-up on Saturday, October 21st and we are looking for volunteers to help with the
clean-up. We will start at 9:00 and will be done by 11:00. We will be cleaning the creek out to ensure that the water can flow down the creek bed. We will also have volunteers picking up branches, pulling weeds and raking leaves especially in the play areas. We need to make sure the park is clean and in good condition for the Association’s Halloween party for the children one week later. If the weather is bad, the backup date will be Saturday November 4th. Please watch your email for a notice if we have bad weather on the 21st.
Please bring whatever tools you think you will need, if you can. Also, if you would like to donate water for the volunteers and/or donate the large paper leaf bags the association will appreciate it.
